On 29th and 30th August 2021, FreeMakan collaborated with SPARK Foundation and My Young Mind Association (MYMA), to deliver grocery packs to B40 families at Nigel Gardner Estate Batang Berjuntai in Kuala Selangor and Batu Caves. FreeMakan communicated with Community Mobiliser Madam Chandra from MYMA, along with her field team, to assist with the delivery of groceries to these families. In total, 24 families in Kuala Selangor, and 26 families in Batu Caves benefitted from this initiative.
It is with ongoing partnerships and collaborations such as this, that more communities in need are are able to be helped.
